Selling on Shopify?
Stores that install Tagnology through Shopify are charged in USD via Shopify Billing, on your regular Shopify invoice. Change or cancel your plan in the app under Settings › Subscription.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can choose a plan at any time during or after the trial.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. Yearly plans are billed once a year and cost the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings › Subscription in the app to switch plans or cancel your subscription at any time.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are in TWD for Taiwan and in USD for other regions. Stores installed through Shopify are always charged in USD on their Shopify invoice.
Which e-commerce platforms are supported?
Tagnology works with SHOPLINE, Shopify, 91APP and Cyberbiz, and can be added to any other website with an embed code.
